Fear Not The Obstackles In Your Path

*

You seek a great fortune, you three who are neigh in chains.
You will find a fortune, though it will not be the one you seek.
But first... first you must travel a long and difficult road,
a road fraught with peril.

Mm-hmm.

You shall see thangs,

wonderful to tell.

You shall see a... a cow... on the roof of a cotton house, ha.

And, oh, so many startlements. I cannot tell you
how long this road shall be, but fear not the obstacles in your path,
for fate has vouchsafed your reward.

Though the road may wind, yea, your hearts grow weary,
still shall ye follow them, even unto your salvation.

                                                      The Blind Seer
                                                      Oh Brother, Where Art Thou?

*

Namaste.

Too true, too true - the things you have said here, Scott. And those that Rebecca's said, too.

Fear and terror have been unwelcome companions lately and I've been doing my best not to let them get the better of me. Unfortunately, there's no 'on/off' button, is there? But, thankfully, there are others on the road who understand and who are navigating and excavating alongside. Thank you. And Thanksgiving blessings to you both.

Love
Claire

What choice do we have? Gotta follow them, even until salvation, whatever that may mean.

And what a wonderful movie. My daughter and I were just talking about it. You are bona fide, Scott. You are.

Claire-

I'm sorry you are struggling. But you are in good company. We're all as crazy as shithouse rats around here.

I'm glad you keep coming by.

Ms. Moon-

I'm so damn lucky to have got this tie with you. I trust it, like a wire line between two worlds, taut and humming and transmitting all manner of strange signals.
