wow. goddamn, man. you were always a handsome devil, but now you have left the brotherhood and become yourself. i love it. i been growing a beard too, not something intentional, just got lazier and lazier till one day i decided to quit shaving altogether. fuckit. at least my wife don't fuss about my not going to church now. she don't want to be seen with it haha.

Toni Morrison wrote a book, a damned good book called The Bluest Eye.

Change that to palest. The palest eye.

Nice photo, sir.

Do you like going sans hair? Is there much maintenance? How often do you have to shave your head to keep it smooth?

(and, just out of curiosity, do you put sunscreen on your head when you're out in the sun?)

Jim-

I don't for a second believe that the only reason she don't want you in the pew next to her is your scraggly beard!

Laurel-

I love it. I shave every day or every other day, so in some
ways it is more maintenance, but as I get better at it it
takes less time...

And, yeah, about SPF one million.

when I was little i used to sit on my stepdad's lap and he'd do the this little piggy thing. He has these funny fingers because of COPD and
I'd grab a hold of one of em, wrap my whole hand around just one finger and say, again and again --

How come your fingers are so BIG?

and he'd say;

Cuz I Smmmaashhhhhhhed um BiG!
