such beauty! oh, this looks like a stained glass window of your appreciation and devotion to the incredibly lovely lady in the bottom corner-
your wife, yolie- dreaming into her palm, inner peace transparent on her face and surrounded by the colors she brings to your world. you two are doubly blessed- creatively- and in eachother
and i'm just pleased to know the two of you are out there, incandescent in the darkness. k.
I agree that Yolanda is a genius artist and a wonderful person. However, I have to say that the art work you're doing is incredibly great as well! Thank you for sharing.
Smitten. What a wonderful word. Wonderfuler in this unexpected context, a husband in reference, in reverence to his wife. It makes me smile to know that real love and real marriages survive.
Stained glass? Yes, in a Frank Lloydish sense. Too, I see a quilt, if a quilt can be sewn of transparencies. I like the eyes that are looking sideways. Both the artistically rendered eyes and the model's.
How do artists see the world around them? What an excellent question. I keep wondering if "feel" should be in "see"s slot.
How do artists make the world they see around them seen?

Ladies-
Thanks everyone! I cannot believe my luck in having found this woman. She's brought so much light and life into my world.
She makes me feel like a millionaire!
With wonderful colors, that's how artist's see the world.
